These terms govern the use of the Gentrico service. By using the service you fully accept the terms below. Gentrico is an Italian service and these terms are governed by Italian law.

2. Service description

Gentrico is an app that lets you book appointments at local businesses through an AI voice agent. The service facilitates communication between users and businesses by automating the booking phone call.

3. Registration

To use the service you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility.

4. Subscription and payment

The service costs €4.99/month. Payment is recurring and can be cancelled at any time. During the beta, access is free for waitlist members.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you may withdraw within 14 days of subscription activation without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Digital services: if you request immediate activation before the withdrawal period ends, you expressly agree to lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees or penalties apply.

7. Limitation of liability

Gentrico is committed to providing the service with diligence but does not guarantee business availability or booking outcomes. The AI agent is an assistance tool, not a substitute for dealing with the business directly.

8. Intellectual property

All content, code, design and trademarks on the platform are the property of Gentrico. Reproduction, distribution or unauthorised use of any material is prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Changes

Gentrico reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or through the app. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the consumer's court pursuant to Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code.
